When it first arrived I checked the components in the box and discovered that one of the long pices was missing, but had a miss matched long pice that would not fit becuse it was too short. I then contacted customer support and told them about the miss matched part. They then asked for my info and they would contact the warehouse to get me the correct part and ship it. This process was verry easy and did not take long to do. A few days passed and the part came. And once again it was the wrong part! This replacement part was… wrong. It was a inch or two too long and the holes would not match up.. so I resorted to just drilling new holes so it would fit. And it worked!
