Free Shipping
We proudly offer FREE standard shipping on all orders delivered within the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Territories
- APO/FPO addresses
- P.O. Boxes

Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your delivery.
Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the product, warehouse location, and carrier.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by:
- Severe weather
- Carrier delays
- High shipping volumes
- Holidays
- Other circumstances outside of our control
Some orders may ship in multiple packages. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
Freight Deliveries
Large or oversized products such as pergolas, gazebos, outdoor furniture sets, and other heavy items may be delivered by freight carrier.
For freight shipments:
- An appointment may be required before delivery.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the shipment.
- Carefully inspect the packaging and product before signing the delivery receipt.
- If you notice visible damage, note it on the delivery receipt and contact us as soon as possible.
Promptly reporting shipping damage helps us resolve claims more quickly.
Address Accuracy
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has shipped.
EverPlay Outdoors is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Tracking updates are provided by the shipping carrier and may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipment leaves the warehouse.
Delivery Delays
While we work with trusted shipping partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
