30-Day Returns
Most items purchased from EverPlay Outdoors may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please contact our customer support team before sending any item back. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items should:
- Be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Be in their original condition whenever possible.
- Include all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging.
Products showing excessive wear, misuse, or intentional damage may not qualify for a refund.
Changed Your Mind?
If you ordered the wrong item, changed your mind, or no longer need your purchase, you’re still welcome to request a return within our 30-day return period.
Please note that:
- Return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
- Original shipping services already provided cannot always be refunded.
- Returned items must meet our return eligibility requirements.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve your claim quickly, we may request:
- Photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- Replacement parts
- A replacement product
- A partial refund
- A full refund
Our goal is always to provide the quickest and most appropriate solution.
Order Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly, so if you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
- Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund.
- If an order has already shipped, it may need to be returned before a refund can be issued.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Most refunds are processed within 2–5 business days.
- Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Products damaged through misuse or improper assembly.
- Items missing major components or accessories.
- Products returned without prior authorization when authorization is required.
