Yes….but…Its impermeable!! Grrr.
I bought this for the frame. Actually I bought two of them to make it high enough for my kale or tomatoes. We used to have hoops that just werent stable enough. The winds just mowed them down. This time I anchored each corner with 4 steel fence stakes and zip ties. We bought netting from another garden supplier (Gardiners) and cut up the cover that came with this tent to form a very nice High green house that rain or the garden hose could penetrate without opening doors.

Great product great price, just make sure to bury the extra length and it won’t blow away. I live in a coastal area so very strong winds! Lifted up before I buried the excess once, since buried the excess cover and it’s solid and a great product.
