Just what we wanted.
We have had a soft top gazebo for several years and had to replace the top every year or 2. I think we are going to enjoy the metal top for years. My husband and I put it together in 3 days working about 12 hours in all. All the parts were there and the directions were easy to follow. We went ahead and put a water sealant on it before we assembled it. The hardest part was putting the top ridge row across the top. We also put it up in the hot Texas summer heat which I do not recommend. We placed it on our bricked patio and attached it with the cement bolts to ensure that it will hold to to high winds.We also bought a ceiling fan with electrical cord which I know we will enjoy. We are very happy with our purchase. It came in 4 heavy boxes. I recommend this purchase to anyone wanted a nice covered area for their yard.

Gazebo once finally put together is great good quality.
Directions were very hard to follow. Would not use Handy again for install. They canceled on me first booking 1 hour before arrival time and I had taken the day off of work. The second day they only sent one guy. Michael was wonderful but definitely needed 2 experienced guys for the install. I called my son in law to come over and help. Took both of them and me about 6 hours to set it up

I was able to put it together in 2-3 hrs with help from my sons. Was able to stay dry outside during rain storm. I highly recommend.

Pretty impressive
First off, this was packed really really well. Second, this will definitely take at least two to put up. I tried, and stopped when the posts all had to go up, you just need another person. Third, follow the directions, look at where the pictures show the holes are and don’t skip steps. And a ladder is needed, as well as a drill with bits that fit the screws. Overall I am super happy with the purchase and the price. Would definitely recommend.

Parts are efficiently packaged for shipping, NOT for assembly.I read thru the instructions several times, then on assembly day I had 2 guys on ladders and I fed them parts and installation details. This method worked very well.

Sturdy and beautiful
I received this in 5 boxes. It is ideal to have more than one person to put together yet, I was able to do it myself with a little ingenuity 😉 My husband helped with the top brackets and roof. I did have a couple dings and gouges on two of the beams but I contribute that to the delivery company….delivery guy weighed less than myself and was not very careful with unloading or carrying of the boxes. I reached out to the company and their customer service is quick and efficient. I would not hesitate to buy another product from this company.

A wonderful product with an enormous amount of parts. It does take a long time to assemple and I highly recommend 3 people to put it together. Otherwise a great product.

Overall: we’ve had the patio stand a month now, it’s held up through wind and weather. During rainy days, some droplets get through the top center bar but nothing too bad for us. Very happy with the price and the product.
