Great, affordable option!
For the price, this is a great arbor. I chose this for the side planter construction and gate. It is very lightweight, but I secured with stakes and by placing planters that overhang the edge of the planterbox spaces a little to hold it down/in place. I am not worried about it knocking over. We get some pretty great windstorms here and it has held up well. Definitely secure it. Probably would not be suitable for heavy vines like wisteria or grapes. I plan to eventually go with clematis.Easy to put together, some fittings were tight to screw in but honestly, better than too loose. I put it together by myself in an hour or so. Waited to tighten up everything after all put together for alignment purposes. It isnt perfectly straight/squared up, but cant tell unless you are really looking.The only con is that the fittings on the gate are not permanently secured and if you lift up on the gate part just a touch too much (to lock it), the gate panel comes out. I am sure this can be self modified. I just made sure my lock slides easily and the gate is aligned.

As I read the instructions it does not say step one, step two, step three. But the instructions with the picture are very easy to go by. Everything fits well I did have a hard time fitting the Gates on but that was just me. It seems to be very well-built and the color is great and I think it’s worth the money

Works perfect, is strong, not too hard to put together, and looks GREAT!! I'm ordering another one right now. Size is perfect too. I'm using it to finish my patio so the dogs can't get out. Gates are exactly what I needed. Nothing else would fit in that space. My space was too wide. I have mini min pins so spacing of the product needed to be close enough so they cant squeeze through. It worked!! I'm so happy!

Pretty when setup, Faulty Welds
If you pre-level the area well, then setup is a breeze — It took my wife and I about twenty minutes to assemble the Arch, not counting the time spent to level the ground.With a well-leveled surface, your gates will align nicely. We found the locking lever to be very difficult to work. I sanded off the powder coat and lubricated it, and then it worked OK, but after an hour of use, with maybe two opening/closings, the top hinge of the right gate broke at the weld.. The 'spot' weld was more of a 'dot' weld. So far, after a month of use, no other welds broke. We fixed the broken weld with a couple of heavy-duty zip-locks, and it works and looks fine.We still found the latch to be a pain. It took two hands to fine align the pin, and it often jammed. So we got a pair of outdoor curtain ties with magnetic locks, and they work great in holding the gates either open or closed.Overall, even with the poor welds, I'd buy again.

I LOVE this Arch! It is exactly what I was looking for, very affordable, looks great! The directions are the only downfall. It is legit one picture of the completed project, with all the part numbers, screw numbers and arrows on one page. I figured it out, but with lots of trial and error. DO NOT tight any of the screws until it is fully assembled. That is the #1 thing I can recommend to anyone assembling this. It took me about 2 hours solo, and that is only because I had to switch parts around. BUT once it is assembled, it is gorgeous! We had 60 mph wind gust the day after I assembled and it didn't even budge. I did not have to anchor it down or anything. I will be adding flowers pots to the sides for aesthetic reasons, but the arch is beautiful without too! I ordered the fencing recommended with it and it all came together perfectly! Overall, very pleased. 5 stars – even with the horrible assembly instructions 🙂

Beware!… The slide catch has pinched me numerous times! But overall, it was so much worth it! My climbing beauties love it! I edit to add both hitches on one gate have broken off. I have them zip tied on. The tac weld is weak.
