Not too bad…
I put this together alone. The only help I had was with roof panels, just to hold them in place. Took me a few hours. So far it looks good and no leaks, and i put it up in the rain. Will update later, if something happens.

Good product, worth buying but be patient!
Yes, the assembly took a lot of time and effort, but I am very happy with this product. It's great quality for the money. It is sturdy and durable and looks great. I would buy it again and recommend it to everyone. Be patient and don't rush the installation and it will turn out great. The more people that help with assembly, the better. I think at least two people are needed.

I wish I had bought a bigger one.
The parts fit well and everything lined up as it was supposed to. Two of the boxes took a beating from Fed-x and the with some minor bending of roof panels and two of the screw packages broke open and some screws were lost through the holes Fed-x punched in the boxes. But the company seems to care as they reached out to me after I reported the damage. Oh, one weird thing, one of the roof panels was black (instead of dark gray) but it was the smallest panel in the corner and is not visible.

Overall, I love it
I really love this gazebo now that it is done! There was a shipping snafu that was resolved quickly by customer service. It comes in 3 boxes and all the parts were accounted for. The instructions leave something to be desired. Some pictures & tips on assembly would be helpful. It took the help of two of our sons to put this together. Lots of ladder work and a cordless drill is a must! But once it started to come together, it is very sturdy and we are pleased with it. We haven't added the curtains that came with it yet, may not use them. The paint scratches off easily, so we will probably touch it up at some point with some Rustoleum paint. The color in the listing says "gray", but the unit is black. Only the curtains are gray.

Complicated to assemble more than one item must be held at the same time to put together.
Was missing 4 1 screws which was used throughout. Had to improvise as they sent two identical parts missing one part that holds the roof if I remember it was either e or f not sure I’m late with the review. Lighter than expected but looks beautiful upon assembly.

NICE GAZEBO
All parts were there, packaged in 3 separate boxes, labeled well. The frame can be assembled by one person with a little enginuity and some zip ties. All holes lined up, except 2 for one of the corner pieces, which I didnt need to screw in anyway, the piece was essentially aesthetic. The roof frame wasnt difficult. Everything is made of lightweight aluminum so its very light relatively speaking. It all was going smooth, until I started the roof panels.

I put this together in about 6 hrs by myself and then had my wife help out for a total of maybe another 1/2hr. Not too tough. Definitely get a cordless drill if you don’t have one to speed up the process. One of the screens zipper was broke and one of the curtains had the tie sewn on in the wrong place.
