Best fountain on the market
We love this fountain and the design. It is easy to put together. The design makes it so easy to lift. The design makes it easy to add the pump and take it off if needed. Also you can change out the hose if needed . The design is great and if leaking I can easily repair. This is by far the best fountain I have ever had! We are so happy. It also is less prone to get clogged because of the design. We are super happy and would buy again. The size is perfect !

Excellent customer support!
Well packed. Easy to assemble. The instructions, though hardly needed, lacked clarity. Particularly with the "sponge" cushion in the mid tier to prevent splashing. I also noticed some white lines, that I thought were cracks, but appear to be epoxy. Support was very quick to respond; although I asked the gph rating on the pump and they were unable to provide that information. I chose to separate the lighting circuit from the pump, so that the lights can go on/off independently. Would love to have a dimmable option on the led's.
