So far, so good for the price – have it a few months now. It's under cover so shouldn't have trouble w/rusting screws or frame like some people reported. It is on the low side to sit on so if you're tall this may not be for you. I knew this before purchasing. Easy to assemble, glides smoothly & the length does seem to fit 3 adults.
