How long does order processing take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on warehouse location, carrier, weather, and other factors outside our control.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States.
Can my order arrive in multiple packages?
Yes. Some orders may ship in multiple packages depending on product size, warehouse location, or carrier requirements. You’ll receive tracking information for each shipment
Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?
At this time, EverPlay Outdoors ships only within the 48 contiguous United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

How do I start a return?
Contact our customer support team before returning any item. We’ll provide return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days after your returned item has been received and inspected. Your financial institution may require additional processing time.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Yes. Every product sold by EverPlay Outdoors is brand new and shipped directly from our fulfillment partners.
Do products require assembly?

Yes. Products that require assembly include the necessary instructions provided by the manufacturer.
Will product colors match exactly?
We do our best to display accurate product images. However, colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and lighting conditions.
