Bought and installed the Outsunny electric awning myself. For the price, I couldn't be more pleased with the awning. The customer service was also responsive and awesome.Watched a few videos and read the reviews before buying this awning. I was worried the low price might mean low quality, but the awning was sturdy and well build. The electric awning was alot easier to install compared to the non-electric version (which I watched someone install on youtube). Quite a number of parts already came assembled, because of the electric motor, so installation instructions was relatively easy. The 12×10' awning was quite heavy, so installation to the wall would require 2 person.Had a minor issue and contacted Outsunny's customer service by email. They responded within a day, was really helpful and friendly.
