Dowel Missing-looks beautiful overall!Pleasantly surprised! I was a little nervous with no reviews, but I previously purchased a riding horse that is amazing quality from this company. I found the fabric piece a little challenging to figure out. I seem to be missing two dowels, but I used a nail to help line up the parts in place of the dowel. It seems like the dowels should’ve already been in place as they were not a noted piece. Overall, it was easy to construct. No power tools and I put most of it together without my husband. He helped with the roof, but it could be completed with one person. Looks great and it has been sitting outside for one month with no topcoat and looks brand new. I plan to add some type of topcoat.

Great play house for preschool!This item was pretty straight forward to build! Easy to follow instructions!! Be careful when trying to get the main piece out of the box. The house is already pre connected on hinges — I advise take it all out in one piece. However, great size! I only needed a power drill and no ladder required. The quality of the house is amazing, no broken pieces and everything fit perfectly !!

If Nana can assemble it alone then so can you! Great playhouse!I received my box with a couple of dinged places that had me worried the wood might be damaged. The packing was so well that it protected the playhouse even though the box was damaged.I am a 56 yr old grandma and I assembled this myself with no trouble. It took me a few hours just because it was 100 degrees outside and I kept getting interrupted.I should think this to be a two hour job maybe for someone younger or simply stronger.The instructions were simple to understand. The house is super cute. The door has wide gaps on both sides so the littles won’t get squished fingers.I would absolutely recommend this playhouse for those looking for something simple and imaginative without too much fuss. I like the open feel to it. I chose it due to some houses seem to trap hot air. This one is very open and will let plenty air flow. Earth floor so it’s easy to peek inside and check for snakes and critters before the kids pop inside and it won’t kill the grass. Easy to scoot around to trim the grass and let it get sunshine.The chalkboard signs are super fun and I can’t wait for my littles to arrive and play in this house.Great overall value for the cost. Coloring is rich.
