Very easy to install and put together with the instructions. Very soft wood so would use hand tools and definitely would weather stain right away and multiple times a year. But everything was sturdy and well made. Our girls that are 3 and 5 love it but our older ones also like to play with it. Great value for your money and vibrant colors. We did add a stopper for the door so it didn't swing in to far on the bottom so it wouldn't have any wear on the door from being shoved to hard.

Perfect playhouseBought this house and customized it a bit for my daughter’s 2nd birthday. She absolutely adores it! My husband built it in a few hours and seems like good quality. Fits a play kitchen inside too!

Chicken CoopTurned this into the cutest chicken coop. We put hardware cloth and latches on the doors/windows. Mounted some nesting boxes/roosting bars inside and put an auto chicken door on the back. Would definitely recommend.

Good playhouse be careful if for chicken use it's cedarGoes together very easily. Just make sure you line up the pilot holes and have the materials turned in the proper direction or you can get halfway through and realize you need to deconstruct it. Can easily be put together with one person, but having an extra hand when putting on the sides is nice. I intended to use mine as a chicken house, but realized it's made out of cedar which is not good for chickens. Did not bother to put the fancy little flower boxes on the outside because it was not necessary as it was being used for a chicken house. It's constructed now and outside airing out. I will leave it to air out for a few weeks before I let my chickens nest in there. Generally cedar is not good for chickens so if you're thinking about using this as a chicken house, be careful. Cedar can cause respiratory problems and/or death in chickens. But as far as the Playhouse itself goes. It is relatively sturdy. Easy to put together. Light enough to move if you need to. Overall a nice little playhouse.

Good dealI bought this to use as a chicken coop. I wish the front door didn't have such large gaps around it but otherwise it seems sturdy and perfect for what I need it for. It would be a super cute kids playhouse as well.

Cute and worth the time it takes to put together. Mid-range sturdiness.Bought this to use as the doghouse for my Great Pyrenees. He's a livestock guardian so I needed something big enough, but also with windows so he feels comfortable being able to keep watch from most sides.It took quite a while to put together, but went together well. The wood is on the thin side for structural stability, but is enough for light weather protection. There is no floor which would likely stabilize it immensely, but as is, if you try to shift it, the whole frame deforms/does not stay square. We mounted it to a hardwood pallet which has helped, but I will probably go back with some 2x2s to brace the uprights to make sure it lasts.As a playhouse I could see parts of it breaking easily with rougher kids, especially the shutters/door given fir is a soft wood… No rough parts or sharp edges though, and is really really cute!We got lucky, he loves it
